These details are provided by the participant to generate accurate motivation reports within a work context.
Jobmotivation sends the assessment link on behalf of the client. The participant chooses whether to complete the assessment. Registration is required, and users receive personal access codes to consult their data at any time.
All registered users receive basic feedback generated from their assessment.
Additional information for iWAM participants

Clients are aware that certain data is entered by the user and understand the format.

Jobmotivation partners with JobEQ, which securely stores all personal data and operates fully in line with GDPR.

Users can delete their data at any time via the option “Delete and forget my data from the JobEQ database.”
