Jobmotivation collects only the personal data necessary to deliver our services. The type of data we collect depends on your interaction with us.

For coaches, HR professionals and team coordinators

  • Identity data: name, first name, email address

  • Contact details: information needed to reach you when required

For individuals completing the iWAM assessment

We may collect:

  • First name, last name, email (optional)

  • Years of education

  • Country of employment

  • Profession

  • Postal code

  • Company name

  • Job title

These details are provided by the participant to generate accurate motivation reports within a work context.

Jobmotivation sends the assessment link on behalf of the client. The participant chooses whether to complete the assessment. Registration is required, and users receive personal access codes to consult their data at any time.

All registered users receive basic feedback generated from their assessment.

Additional information for iWAM participants

  • Clients are aware that certain data is entered by the user and understand the format.

  • Jobmotivation partners with JobEQ, which securely stores all personal data and operates fully in line with GDPR.

  • Users can delete their data at any time via the option “Delete and forget my data from the JobEQ database.”

  • During registration, users are informed that their data will never be used for marketing unless they explicitly consent.

Data processing details

  • The processor will never alter personal data and will use it only to generate accurate reports for the client.

Duration of processing

Because clients may request repeated assessments to track development, data is retained until the user requests deletion. This is communicated before the assessment begins.

Purpose of processing

Reports are generated to understand what motivates someone in their work context. These insights support recruitment, coaching and personal development. Personal data is stored exclusively for this purpose.

Jobmotivation will never use this data for marketing or share it with third parties.

How we collect your data

We generally collect your data directly from you when you share it with us.

Why we process your data

We process your personal data only when necessary to:

  • provide personalised services

  • contact you regarding appointments, documents or updates

  • deliver efficient and high‑quality coaching and assessment services

  • share relevant updates, such as blog posts

Jobmotivation does not share personal data with third parties. (For iWAM assessments, JobEQ stores the data and does not share it for marketing unless you explicitly consent.)

Jobmotivation stores your data in accordance with legal and GDPR requirements.

We take all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We also verify the identity of anyone requesting access to their data or exercising GDPR rights.

For iWAM users: You can modify or delete your data only via your personal PIN and login.

You may file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe Jobmotivation has mishandled your personal data.

Requirement to provide personal data

Jobmotivation can only deliver its services if you agree to share the necessary personal data. We treat this responsibility with the highest respect for your privacy.

No automated decision‑making

Jobmotivation does not use automated decision‑making based on your personal data.
