      Jobmotivation sends the assessment link on behalf of the client. The participant chooses whether to complete the assessment. Registration is required, and users receive personal access codes to consult their data at any time.<\/p>\n

      All registered users receive basic feedback generated from their assessment.<\/p>\n

          Reports are generated to understand what motivates someone in their work context. These insights support recruitment, coaching and personal development. Personal data is stored exclusively<\/strong> for this purpose.<\/p>\n
